I’m 5’9 -5’10 and I hit puberty pretty late, I have pubic hair in most areas except my legs for some reason idk if it’s low test as I’m able to grow some facial hair and my voice has been pretty deep since 14. I don’t think it’s normal tho because I have some hair on certain parts of my legs like my thighs
