Chin looks like this with aligned front teeth, when molars are aligned my chin is much shorter I’ve just subconsciously jutted for years and it’s natural for me to have the front teeth aligned other than when I chew with my back teeth

If your chin looks like that when your teeth are aligned, that means that your philtrum would still be too long for you after chin post genio.

Fix your dentofacial problems (genio + whatever you need) and get a lip flip if your philtrum is still too long.

lip lift is purely cosmetic so I wouldn’t be able to get that until I’m over 18 yo, so I’d either get genio + braces to fix teeth and overbite or braces + bands to do the same and the lip lift or filler following this
