anyway, lips nose and eyes seem good, it's just that you have insane downward growth which is fucking you and your chin is also recessed... honestly don't need anything crazy just a few implants for your jaw and chin, and also a palate expander for your maxilla

U sure bro? I swear my face is fucked i cant stand looking at myself, I was thinking I needed at least a double jaw surgery to look normal, I probably should get bimax anyway cus my nasal breathing kinda sucks and its been like this for a while

i didnt mention those because they're higher risk but yes if you're comfortable doing them then go for it as they would definitely be more effective than implants

Whats the risk like? I feel If im gonna get any surgeries I might as well get ones that will be functional as well as aesthetic

just read more stuff on the surgeries you want to do, bimax is not insanely risky but it's still a major surgery and it can lead to complications

when your skull stops growing would be optimal so around 24. but after like 18-20 your skull only gets minimal growth so you'll be fine if you get it earlier than 24
