I'm 16 I do have a gf somehow and I'm about 5,11 and weigh 200 ish

i’m sorry if i’m beeing really fucking mean now, but are you disabled or did smth happen when you were born? had a friend when i were younger and he had the same eyes and lips, that was his case. Only thing i can think of is some kind of eye surgery.
 
looks like you got an overbite aswell in ur lower jaw, get braces asap when ur 16. I had braces and got mine fixed + great teeth!

Nah I'm not too worried. I've already gotten quite a bit better. People used to ask if I had down syndrome... so uhm yeah

im joking lmao. just get braces, ideally without having teeth pulled out. take epiduo for acne. and once puberty is over maybe consider surgery for your canthal tilt and eye area overall

urgently need to leanmax, accutane, a new haircut, and oral minoxidil to fill your eyebrows and eyelashes (then dye them). You would need to get surgery for your eyes, lips, and zygos, maxilla.

Well usually they push bottom jaw (mandible) back and top jaw (maxilla) forward, it depends but just question stuff, ask how it works and ask if there is possibilities where only top jaw it moved forward. If not then honestly just do what they suggest (hoping its top jaw forward, bottom jaw slightly back), you'll look more harmonious.

I'm currently working on leaning. And I doubt my parents would let me on accutane. But I am doing everything I can to clear my skin. And what surgeries would you recommend?

Focus on losing weight and begging your parents to take Accutane. If they really don't let you think about researching ghkcu.

ima keep it real your gonna need like rhinoplasty, lip implants/injections, for your eyes you will need to get surgeries to fix that canthalt tilt and undereye area.

Buy Vitamin A Serum/Cream.
Cleans your face and apply the serum/cream every night or every other night and in the morning wash it off and apply SPF or Moisturiser. I did this for the first time last night, it literally started working over night, I can already tell some of my spots got smaller and some are more dry.

Hm alright thank you. My parents are making the appointment right now thankfully. And they said if the dentist and Ortho said I could get braces they would let me. What would I tell the dentist/Ortho to kinda like guarantee I get braces? And how would I get lefort 1?

Well since your maxilla is recessed causing the under bite, maxilla is also important for the zygos (cheek bones), first see what happens once your done with your orthodontist treatment, your eye area can naturally improve. If it doesn’t cheek bones implants and canthoplasty, but bro remember love your self and even tho this forum is everything about looks, don’t take shit personal.
Personally I believe once your get for under bite fixed it’ll be much better.

Also when it comes to approaching your orthodontist about it, say you feel self conscious about the under bite, and that you’ve researched about it and you realised you have a under developed maxilla (top jaw) and if there is anything possible to fix that.

Yeah I get that completely so thank you. And no I'm not taking it personally I just really want to improve on myself. And I am willing to do so in any way possible. So thank you for telling me. I just kinda wanted the brutal truth tbf

try epiduo for acne, its a topical and your gp can prescribe it. its the best topical for acne
