sup guys , im 16 right now i weigh about 75kg,170 pounds at 6'2
i need help on Whether i should Bulk, Or Maingain or whatever it is
ive only been going to the gym honestly for 2 weeks how are my insertions and stuff?
190 cm wingspan : 6'3 wingspan or so

please give advice i need help im just very new to this stuff

On a fr note tho I can't make out any of your insertions in that pic flex ur arms, chest looks ok

Since you're new if you go on a bulk you will gain good muscle mass. Definetly so not be on a calorie deficit right now or you will not maximize your potential.

300-500 calorie surplus would be good ?

Basically face the mirror and do a double biceps, like flex ur biceps
 
Lean bulk, low surplus like 200-300 calories. Make sure to focus on compound exercises since they build far more muscle than isolation movements

If you’ve been a lanklet your whole life go on a fatass bulk, you’ll gain weight slower than you think and you run more risk of not hitting your calorie target at all.

You think you’re gonna gain 40 pounds overnight? Lanklet you’re only in danger of falling in love with moving heavier weight, that and just being a fatass is what gets people into bear territory. Bulk hard and cut hard, you’re not gonna wake up one day fat as fuck, you’re gonna wake up and think “wow I’d rather have an extra 50 pounds on my bench and look like shit than go on a cut.”
