Can i fix anything about my height? I am like 6ft tall but my parents are 5'2 and 5'7 so i believe i have hit the limit also i started taking niacin potassium zinc and magnesium supplements like a week ago do they actually help or i am just wasting my time

No, fuck all that shit except for magnesium, you are 6ft at 16 you will grow more unless you hit puberty early, I was 5’8 at 16 now 6’1 at 18 but I didn’t hit puberty til early 15 lol
