So i am 16 years old 6ft tall i just want a honest rating and any advice possible not looking for compliments nor hate just you honest opinion and what i can improve on

lose weight or bulk up get a haircut, hit the gym with proper form and weight and then go to bars talk to girls in school or wherever and flirt and learn from experience bruh also leave this website its for the better

Why i am just tryna improve my self is this website not for that?
 
clearly from your physique you have more growing to do height and muscle wise, your eyebrows could be cleaned and shaped that would be nice and keep them as one dont slit them i made that mistake lol, clean your skin (softmaxx would be glycolic acid or something your obviously not going to pin young) or a topical ghk-cu (heard its cope though), hit gym and if you dont want to go often do 3-4x a week compounds or go 5x a week doing PPL x Arnold split, figure you hair, chew hard foods to grow mandibular bones and ramus and masseuter and do neck training and chin tucks. Consider softmaxx supplements like vitd3+k2 and glycine and maybe even collagen peptides ect. alot of potential you have good bases just build on what you got

from what ive seen ect its just strengthening the suprahyoid and infrahyoid to heighten hyoid bone, neck curls are less cope

You are over weight and have no muscle so cut real quick to get to a good bf percent and then maintain it while building muscle

I can’t tell you an exact number just cut till your lean but you should still be lifting cause you deadas have zero muscle you look like a bitch and if you can’t build muscle you either need to fix your diet/training or hop on
