i think i gotta take acutane & change my haircut, what yall think?

i cant get peptides tho, cuz 95%+ of them are illegal here

I would say that you dont cut your hair.
The less hair you have the more peaple konzentriat on youre Face. You have very little upper eyelid exposure but a bad nose to mouth ratio. So i would let my hair grow and keep it clean. Overall you have a high potential. You can go from hltn or lmtn to semi hmtn

Beauticians can improve ur skin i dont think you should take accutane, i read that someone got ED from it, your nose is bloated, try potassium supplements or diuretics
