I thought I would make a thread about this because a couple people have been asking me for progress pictures.

Week 1:
At this point I had been training for almost 6 months, and I know I looked awful - but before the 6 months of gym it was a whole lot worse

Here are the photos from week 1.


At this point I made the decision to start roiding. (I know it was retarded, but enough people tell me that anyway)

This is still ongoing, but for the main part of the blast this is what I was running:

350mg testosterone enanthate weekly
6.25mg aromasin daily
5mg tadalafil/cialis daily
1200mg TUDCA daily
10000iu vitamin d daily
40mg vitamin k2-mk4 daily

Week 16:
This is 16 weeks into roiding, with perfect lifestyle, macros, training, cardio etc


Weight Before: 52kg (at 5"8ish)
Weight After: 63kg (at 5"9ish)

I believe most of this weight is lean mass too, which could mean up to 11kg of lean mass gained in 4 months.

and yes more muscle did seem to make the pre-existing gyno less apparent, since it didnt actually shrink at all

which is a nice benefit
