16-week Test-only cycle (300-400mg) solely to permanently maximize myonuclear count / "muscle memory" limit? Does this logic check out?

Hey guys, looking for some serious, science-based input here

I’m currently sitting at 72 kg with about 1 year of consistent training under my belt. I'm deep-diving into the myonuclear domain theory, specifically how satellite cells donate new nuclei to muscle fibers under supraphysiological conditions, and how those nuclei apparently don't die off when you come off (apoptosis resistance).

My goal is NOT to stay on long-term. My long-term goal is to stay natural, but I want to use a single, short, optimized blast as a literal shortcut to hit my absolute genetic ceiling of myonuclei in a fraction of the time, then PCT and coast natural forever with permanent "muscle memory" infrastructure.

Here is what I'm thinking of running:

  • Compound: Test-E or Test-C only @ 300-400mg/week (trying to avoid unnecessary harsh compounds or HGH for a first run).
  • Duration: 14 to 16 weeks max (supposedly the saturation curve for new myonuclei flattens out here, and diminishing returns / side effects ramp up).
  • Support: HCG (e.g., 250iu every 3 days) throughout to keep the leydig cells active and ease PCT.
  • Exit: Full proper PCT, expect to drop the water/glycogen weight, and then rebuild the actual tissue back up naturally.
Does this make sense if my goal is to stay natural in the long run.
