i dont know if it will work for you but for me worked squinting my eyes so my eye muscles got used to that and stayed similar to hunter eyes

to fraud ur uee I would use eyelash glue to glue your upper eyelid with your eye if you know what I am talking about, this will give you a mode hooded look
