16 with open growth plates can i still get a beter bone structure or is it over

im 16.2 i have braces now with elastics at night i wanna better my maxilla because it would also make my make nose look smaller from the side and i have a overbite thats giving me a recessed chin but its being fixed with orthodontics i want more forward growth to be specific is it achieveable and some advice
