16 with really thick cheek fat

ive got good bones i think, i can literally feel them, but my face has always had heaps of fat on it since i was little. kills my chances of having hollow cheeks. im leanish i dont have abs or anything. will this resolve with fat migration or do i just start cutting and aqualyx now? its my biggest flaw
