I’m 16 been working out for abt a year and I feel like I js wanna shortcut to being lean. I’m 5,9 178 rn I’m losing fat while maintaining weight so technically I’m on the right track it’s js taking forever. Is it worth hoping on Reta if I maintain my protein? From what I’ve seen it seems like it but if anybody has personal experience around the same age group lmk.
