Hard to say with bad pics, more muscle especially in neck, neck could work on skin a bit, work on low 3rd too (high ROI) you have great starting lower 3rd potencial but debloat and mewing would help

Yea defo agreeded, only just turned 16 so I’m confident with time and also losing body fat and more consistent mewing I should be able to reach Mtn potentially Lhtn
