16 y/o recessed midface (how can ortho help?)

What can I do about my long midface and horrible infras. It’s probably my biggest flaw. Is there any ortho procedures I’m not tryna get invasive surgeries later on. I’m thinking about MARPE + Damon Braces. But I wouldn’t want to go overboard with the expansion as my midface was very narrow but I’ve managed to expand it through tongue pressure (I have proof of this expansion with gaps in my teeth from it as well). My nose and Zygos got slightly wider but my flat midface is still an issue. I’m mainly just wondering if the ortho procedures mentioned above is enough to fix this issue but not go overboard cuz I’ve heard about ogre smiles with 14 teeth or some bs like that .

Possibly, I had a very narrow jaw which didn't allow my teeth to erupt properly.

it could fix your upper jaw yes. In my case it was way worse then you.
