I’m a 16-year-old male soon 17, currently around 5’5 (≈165 cm) and ~51 kg.
My bone age is about 1.5 years younger than my chronological age.
Family stats:
I’ve always been on the shorter side.
Current routine:
My dream height is 185 cm or taller.
Given that my bone age is delayed:
My bone age is about 1.5 years younger than my chronological age.
Family stats:
- Mom: 5’3–5’4 (160–162 cm)
- Dad: 6’0 (182 cm)
Neither of my parents were late bloomers.
I’ve always been on the shorter side.
Current routine:
- Plyometrics / jumping exercises
- Stretching
- Supplements: magnesium, vitamin D3 + K2, zinc
- Good sleep and diet
(I know subliminals are controversial, but I use them anyway.)
My dream height is 185 cm or taller.
Given that my bone age is delayed:
- How much growth could I realistically still have left?
- Is a late growth spurt possible even if my parents weren’t late bloomers?
- What would be the absolute max height range in my case?
- Anything else I can do to maximize growth (sleep timing, calorie intake, posture, medical checks, endocrinology)?
