16 YEAR OLD CURRY ATTEMPT TO BE BETTER (PLS HELP)
Background: I am a 16 year old Curry in United States. I am 5'8 150 lbs and have about 25% bodyfat and am pretty dark. I also look very young like 12-14
Eyes: I have 0 UEE, No aegyo sal, Average Eyelash length (1.2cm), Long downward medial canthus, Normally red Sclera, Brown Eyes, Eyebags Most of the time
Nose: Straight Nose, 90% angle, Slight bump when facing 1 side due to excessive wearing of glasses
Lips: Normal
Jaw: Average Jaw, Need more definition.
Cheekbones: High Set but I feel they have gotten less noticible unless I smile and look Asian
Teeth: Very straight, Yellow tint, Small Pallete
Neck: Pretty thick
Body: Normal Clavicles, Waist 27in, Lots of fat around loser mid section, thighs and Triceps(This one makes me look like I have muscle though), Big Traps bc I sleep in a shurgged position, Nose Breather, Not alot of Body hair, pepperoni nips.
Diet: I used to be 4'9 140 freshman year, then 5'4 160 and now finally 5'8 150 after reducing the food I eat. Parents are 5'4 and 5'6, both overweight but my dad has really good muscle genetics. I used to consume like 5k calories everyday bc of family being fat. Starting 2025 I changed Water Intake to about 1oz per 1 lb so about 150oz perday(Lower on school days), I normally eat 1-2 meals per day. Each meal has minimized carbs so no rice, potatos and idk what else. I eat only meat(Alot, like normally 1 chicken or 1-1.5kg of beef, pork, fish, shark), vegetables(Leaves, brocolli, carrots, celery normal stuff), lots of fruits(Pomogranete, mango, Fig, Apple, Orange). Sadly i am not very consistant and eat snacks every 2-3 days like chocolate, Flaming Hot cheetos.I am allergic to lots of food like Soy, Mushrooms, Bananas, Kiwi, Hazelnuts, Lactose.
Other: I play lots of videogames, I do alot for school (hard to do some stuff with 8 Ap classes + ECS), I have ample money to do things, Parents think im crazy so no Injecting stuff, Bad Asthma, eczema, did cross country+track but am slow and fat, Fashionmaxxed but no Jewellery bc parents think its gay, I dont post on social media, I know alot of people but dont really consider any my friend bc they only share 1 part of me like school but not looking good, money but no initiative, No girls, im a little bitch + Gooner. I have 30k in sitting in fidelity if someone wants to tell me what to do. I have never taken the gym seriously and dont go bc no one w me or stopping too early bc im a pussi.
Hopes: I want to improve on all of my visually limiting problems, I am not looking to be super ripped, js want to have Big Arms, not a feminine chest, 6-pack, Wide shoulders, wanna be tall. I wanted to be lighter(I hate my race) + Have better skin(I dont have any acne on my face and when i do get some it fixes itself in 2 days or less). So far after I have done some researching I have come up with a plan for this summer to improve myself.Questions: I want to know whether AI or MK677 is better/safer. Will the routine I have impact me in any bad way/cause side-effects.

Take mk677 25mg before bed (feel free to use melatonin or not)(5 hours b4 bed)
Aromasin 25mg every day. It can be reduced to 12.5mg every other day as well in case of harsh side effect.
Huperzine A, Ideally 300mcg morning and 400mcg night every day. Minimum is 200mcg every night.
Niacin Tablets, preferably 250mg per tablet(Dont eat 3 hours before and after sleep)
125mg on the first day, 250mg on the third (because we skip every other day, take nothing on the second, fourth, sixth etc.), 375mg on thefifth and then 500mg on the seventh and continue 500mg every other day for the next week. After 2 weeks, take 1 week off from Niacin and then repeat.
Melatonin 3-10mg (not on weekends+ 15-30 mins b4 sleep)
Dead Hang, Streches, Ankle Weight(2 hours)
Fasted Sprints + Insulin boost with fruit after
Tight hip flexers
Collagen:
vitamin C 2grams /day (drink enough water so you dont get kidney stone
