Advice how much I should take daily, I also have arimidex
Also ordered 50 mgs of Reta, debating whether to run hgh first and build some muscle before hopping on reta, or both at the same time, 5’10 148 lbs

Begin with 3-4ui a day, 3 first
You can take reta at same time it doesn’t affect it

Make sure to hit your protein goals with reta, and eat less carbs.
