Started training 4 months ago, was doing 8 months calisthenics before that. I go to the gym 4x a week and just train whatever looks fun to me. I'm 16, 6'1, 165lbs.

Frame measurements:

Clavicle Length: 11"
Bideltoid Width: 14"
Waist Size: 28"
Hip Size: 30"
Arm Size: 14" (flexed)

My diet:

- Cheesy Egg Rice (cheese, eggs, jasmine rice, olive oil, butter & hot sauce)
- Oatmeal (plain rolled oats, microwaved with whole milk, after microwaved I dump a shit ton of cinnamon on it)

Supplements I take:
- 1000mgs Tongkat Ali
- 1500mgs Cistanche Tubulosa Extract
- 25mgs DHEA
- 10,000 IUs Vit D3 (20,000IUs cycle for 4 weeks)
- 1000mgs Berberine (after carb heavy meals)
- Creatine 10g
- 400mg Magnesium Glycinate before bed
- 50mg Zinc (100mg cycle for 4 weeks)
- 200mgs L-Theanine (before bed)
- 1g Caffeine + Crack Primal Pre-workout before school


Is there anything I can do to improve on or add?

Ay bro. It wasn't my intention to make anyone feel bad about themselves I just wanted some advice. I'm actuality I'm pretty small, not even that impressive and most of the pictures were in good lighting with a pump (2 we're not). Stop comparing yourself to other people and don't give up, like did you not see my measurements? My waist is good sure but I was nerfed with wide fucking hips, and shitty clavicle/bideltoid length, like I'm hoping mine will still grow since I'm still in puberty but we all got our flaws and our strengths.

Even though I haven't been training for very long I still have good knowledge on what to do and how to get it. If you're ever down for being coached or something like that or just needing advice for your own situation let me know man I wanna help you out.

Bruh I was just looking through people on the forum with a bidelt of 18 inches and like lowk I think I fucked up my bideltoid measurement or I just have big shoulders 😭 cus I look like the ppl with an 17-18inch one

appreciate the kind words, you just have a good physique for that amount of training time. i was just upset cause i look like shit after training for 3 years lmao

all that matters is that you try theres millions of people that dont workout its really simple to be better than them youre already better by tons

that's very good for a year of training. See where you are at when you are 18. You might have genetics to compete.

Thank you brother I appreciate that, I've thought about competing, might do it tbh just to see where I'd place
