What can I fix or do to look better, so far I started dieting to get clear skin and I got a decent jawline, I went on some app everyone on TikTok is using to rate ppl and it said I was htn but something feels off and idk what to do

its because of the lips and nose. his lips are disgusting and his nose bridge is too thin in comparison to the tip. leading to an extremely ucanny look.

not fixable without hardmaxx as far as im aware.
