This will be my last thread ever because I am deleting my account today

Just wanted to update you guys on the accutane progress, 160mg isn't too bad, still the same as the previous weeks. No sides except drying lips and nostrils as per usual

Though one big side effect update is I've been feeling really really suicidal lately it's insane

But it's not that serious trust me, you obviously aren't going to kill yourself it's just all thoughts in your head. I only got those thoughts when I lost games on FC26 in Division 1:lul::lul::lul::lul::lul: It's more like I'm much more emotional now as opposed to just straight mental "I"M KILLING MYSELF", you just react to things out of emotional proportion

When you understand it's just temporary accutane thoughts it doesn't mean nothing. No you aren't going to kys you idiot

Overall chilling:BASEDCIGAR:

no way accutane makes you depressed right

It's mostly nocebo, it doesn't make me depressed but I do get really depressed after just failing at anything or just anything bad

Lasts like 10 mins tho

Overall it just makes me more emotional but I'm way above clinical dosages though so it's to be expected. I never had these effects before on 120 or 80

160 as in mg? or 160 in quantity? if mg yes it's worth it

if you use accutane dont use anything lower than your body weight, it is a complete waste of time and the side effect profile literally isn't different nothing changed

You just get it done much faster

Just go off of your body weight

Have you only done basic softmaxes

I forgot if you were a user on roids

Yeah

Oral minoxidil, Accutane, Reta , Tazarotene and a bit of GH for a while but that's it

I'm all genetics fortunately I just had to get rid of this weird ass acne that suddenly showed up on my face recently. It's all gone now, just waiting to hit the cumulative dosage

Skin looks amazing

I also had shitty brows and lashes so I hopped on oral minox for that, also to grow my hair quicker.

Most of looksmaxxing is softmaxxing anyways, lol. And no I do not roid yet, I didn't want to touch the roids until I confirmed my growth plats were closed which they are so I will be running a cycle soon

just one search away, but ill just do it for you. accutane is not considered to be a placebo effect but sometimes most people don't receive the feeling of depression and its rather a small percentage. since accutane is a retinoid, it could go between the blood-brain area and effect the brains hippocampus (the part of the brain for regulating mood) which is a reason why some people might feel that way.

but just this once ill use it again

after looking at it, all i saw is that there's no "concrete" evidence. then again ai sucks, ill look into it after i wake up tmrw

just go on pubmed, although there is reports of it, there is no hard and clear evidence of depression and suicidal thoughts. you are quite right.

Ai is a good resource honestly, it's overly shunned upon (for the right reasons of course) But for simple asking for case studies instead of having to scan yourself isn't a bad thing.

As long as you actually read the study and not go off of AI's word because it's almost always wrong in interpreting the studies

i used to use it when i was curious about something (a compound i was 100% sure i wasnt going to need, random old studies i couldnt find) but i started using it for stuff that was important (mainly just steroid research) so i stepped back from using it for anything pharma

still use it to fix bugs whenever im playing a badly optimised game tho

It is real, and tolerable (which is what I was saying)

But most people have a nocebo
Idk what a nocebo is but I’ve def felt it on a much lower dose of 60mg

Nocebo is just a negative placebo, Placebo inherently implies a positive connotation towards it.

Accutane directly crosses the blood brain barrier, attaching itself to the retinoic acid receptors in the brain. It immediately downregulates dopamine receptors, as well as deactivates many parts of your DNA that allow your brain to interact with dopamine itself.

Dopamine is responsible for focus, mood, motivation, and happiness. The dose of accutane you use is directly correlated to the suicidal ideation, brain fog, and anxiety you feel. Within 3 cessation of using the medication you will likely feel normal cognitively, although the medication is deeply saturated in your other organs for months to come.

I was on 60 for two months, then 90 for four, then 110 for 2 now I’m back on 90. Can confirm it makes life increasingly worse regarding suicidal thoughts and other various negative effects ESPECIALLY regarding motivation.

of course, always do your studies first and then see if the Ai is telling the truth or not.
