Eat meat organs preferably drink milk and cut all processed food
Grow out your hair so your ears would look less big
Wait for puberty

kinda sad but good at the same time u found out about this at such a young age
just dont let the negativity absorb u since living a normal life and being happy is gonna do much more for u thatn a skincare routine and eating raw meat
