i took a test 3/4 months ago cuz parents thought i took gear i had 380ng/dL , in the normal range

Nah thats shit you should have at least 800 at 16. You probably eat a shit diet. Low stress+ sun + primal diet or no ascension.

i think i fucked up sum cuz i was fasting all the time and eating 1500 cals for months , but as soon as i finish the cut i will start eating in a bit of a surplus to get my hormones back up
