your forward growth is bad, if you're still going thru puberty you can still fix it by mewing (very minimal) or orthodontics, if you've finished with puberty then you can mew but it's gonna make a very minimal change, If you're lucky tho your bones will naturally remodel but its also slow and subtle, If you're serious about improving all you can do is hardmaxx and get surgery on ur jaw, Also your hyoid, you can do liposuction to remove the fat from your hyoid (the younger you do it the better) and the last tip is just to get lean as possible
