I didn’t do anything, if anything I grew to 6’2” in spite of not eating enough and having severe digestive problems. And I kept growing until my early 20s. I was maybe 5’10” when I was 16, then 6’0” at 20, then 6’2” at 22. If I was healthier at that age, I could’ve been even taller and much wider framed.

Growth can be unpredictable. So my advice, just eat healthy and as much as you can the next 6-7 years of your life. 100% you can add more frame and probably at least a few inches of height. Don’t worry about cutting unless you get to like 25%, leanmaxing is for fat adults, not growing teenagers.
