Debloating shouldn't be your primary concern, I'd see what can be done about that nose and lips primarily.
Shave the goatee and mustache, take care of eyebrows.

Whats the word i forget but my lip to nose ratio is really bad so if i have shaved it looks extremely bad the mustache kinda helps it

It's irrelevant.
Trim the mustache at least, take care of it, thicken it, fraud it (Eyebrow pens can work here, etc.)
I'd really try start saving money for hardmaxxes though, see what concession options are available for you if you can do that, perhaps your palate is narrow and your teeth are crammed? I heard if you fix your teeth your mouth gets a little wider.
