double jaw surgery with cww rotation wouldnt say trimax as your chin has good projection. Ask if they can extend ramus otherwise ramus implants are best just watch out for bone reabsorption

5k-15k in turkey but you want a custom one so around 10k rotation comes with it and ramus lengthening would come with a custom too but implants would be like another 3k-5k this is GBP btw
