16M, considering MSE, failo eye area. What should I do?

Failos: NCT, bad midface, nose, ears, autist, 18-19% bodyfat right now

plans: hairmaxxing,NTmaxxing,leanmaxxing down to 10% bf, getting a MSE

I plan on growing out my hair.
height is 171cm (5"7). Im not american though so its not as bad where I live.

Tips? Will MSE help?

what you can do is eye surgery to correct NCT as much as possible
Its hard to say exactly how bc your medial canthus is attached way too high up
almost looks like youd need to rotate your orbital box counter clockwise
otherwise a canthoplasty will ascend you the most
now I only see this + gonial implants + rhinoplasty as surgical options
you also have a long philtrum which could be fixed with a lip lift, but the results are often disappointing

what about my midface? I want to get mse because my maxilla is narrow and im 16 + late puberty so i can get good skeletal results. It can also improve my nct and infraorbitals

it will barely improve your nct and infras. It will however expand your arch and maxilla, resulting in a visibly larger mouth (which is good), larger nose (which is bad, your nose is already large), and a wider face (bad, your face is wide already).
I fail to see how your maxilla is 'narrow', what you mean is your mouth is narrow, which is just soft tissue and/or a narrow palate.
Yes, the palate is part of the maxilla, but the rest of your maxilla isn't narrow at least, you have a wide face. If your palate is a little narrow, unless its death tier, imo its not worth it.
If you were thinking of MSE for your eyes, forget about it. I don't think youll benefit from it cosmetically

I just talked to some guy who told me about FME which apparently expands the highest parts of the maxilla better + with more control @moze so you might look into it. It offers advantages compared to MSE

The inframalar implants should give me zygo definition + undereye support which i severely lack and the gonial implants are self explanatory

I thought i was boneless till I reached 14-15%, then you can actually feel them. the fat thats hiding them rn legit covers them. before I reached 14-15% i couldnt feel them either. you just have to lean maxx and after that make a decision

those were pics where i abused lighting (the orange light one from a portable heater) and the second is where i put my lamp to see my potential bones. I hope to get rid of my roundness atleast and the infraorbital skin to be more stretched when im leanmaxxed.

I’m unc status so I don’t know how things work in highschool anymore, especially in Romania but my method was social media, I can’t imagine it has changed much. Snapchat, IG, whatever gimmicky app that is popular for you guys, make sure you’re on all of them. As for approach, I essentially never cold approach women and I preach that, approach women that you know like you, or at the very least know you, how do you figure that out? Social media helps a whole lot, you can feel them out and mutual friends help a lot. You’re 16 years old everyone you meet should be at school/on social media
