Good eye shape but needs more hooding and has a bit of UEE (not too bad) + slight asymmetry but nothing too out of the normal
Decently compact midface, good hair and pheno/skin aint too bad
held back by chubby cheeks/round face and jaw on the weaker side.
Still above average for 16, I would say 4.5 - 4.75 PSL
Would like to know height and bf% tbh

Hey the first and last pics were over a year ago at 15, my face has matured a lot back then. I am 5'11 154 pounds. And I can run a mile in 5;45 and bench over my bodyweight, body fat unknown.

Hey the first and last pics were over a year ago at 15, my face has matured a lot back then. I am 5'11 154 pounds. And I can run a mile in 5;45 and bench over my bodyweight, body fat unknown.

at 5'11 its a good idea to start bulking up.
Short hair + compact midface and wider body through gymceling will do you a lot of good.

He is normie in general but for his age hes above avg imo.

What's holding you back the most IMO is your nose, maybe consider rhino. Also get down to 10% bodyfat

You have a lot of potential.

Cut the sides of your hair, it makes your head look larger. Not like a fade, but enough to change the shape of your head.


Here's what you need to do:

1. Maximize your protien intake. I'm talking 70-80 G a day. You can't make a castle without bricks. You need that macro availability.

2. Start mewing.

3. DRINK A LOT OF WATER. Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate

Protien has HGH secretion properties. Eat alot of it. Like you need increase it dramatically
