No way you 16, you pretty average looking for a 24 year old, but your appeal at 16 is hella low. Shave beard or atleast have well groomed goatte and lose bf quickly. you have to Clear your skin, you have nice eyebrows and should try longer more wavy hair. I would say Ltn from this picture alone. Your symmetri is pretty good though.
