It has a bad shape, slightly downturned, and is bulbus. Post a side profile, maybe im wrong about the bad shape. to fix chin to philtrum, you could get upper lip injections and a genioplasty. Consult a surgeon. you could get bimax or just a lefort to shorten midface, you got a midface third width to height ratio of 1:1.5 when ideal is 1:2. you have a long midface ratio 1:1.3, when ideal is 1:1. rhinoplasty and bimax would do you good, maybe Zygo ostomy.

He looks approachable (non threatening) but he’s not attractive enough for girls to approach. I agree with the other guy who suggested rhino and genio, and he could also maybe benefit from filler in the top lip or a lip flip. It’s not over tho.
