glooks bro, just lean down i'd say and get on retin-a (topical). i'd say ditch accutane, opt for tretinoin. 0.05% to start off would be great. Also don't suck your cheeks in for pics like these, it's easy to tell when you're frauding since your lips appear pouty. Topical Retin-a would definitely help reduce the presence of fat pads in your face, albeit fat pads are good for aging. But, I get what sorta appeal you're going for so i'd say topical retin a would work well. Isotretinoin (accutane) can fuck up your puberty so i'd get off that asap if i were you.
