16m test-e, should i up the dose from 250 to 400?

AI's arriving sunday, should i start taking 400mg/week of test-e with 20-30mg anavar (which im already taking) or shld i stay at 250. i have a 130hz voice, 400mg is supraphysiological dose so it should deepen my voice. is upping the dose worth it or nah
