Been a little, have been working on skincare heavy, 2-4 bottles of water a day, Mewing, Diet, Sleeping facing up, Oils, PILLS and EXERCISE.

This is what growth I have seen so far.

Currently chin, Skin, Eyebags, Hair and body are overall more healthy.

If anyone has some more improvements I can work on go ahead and tell me.
