rhinoplasty, and train neck are only big things i can see. you have amazing potential
 
A lot of potential if you did as much softmaxxing as you could. Your eye area is insane. MTN as of right now but you aren't at your best. I can see high HTN or Lite as a possibility.

Strong mtn with cl eye area. Maybe fix uee, get cleaner skin and do something for ur lips bro they look crusty

vaseline for you lips. eyelash maxxing.. neck training and chewmaxxing would help too. you look good though, probably low htn
