16M What can I improve on?

I want to improve my looks but don’t know where to start from. I took two pictures (1st photo is by camera app and 2nd by snapchat)and don’t know what should I change first. I was thinking of changing my hairstyle to something that would suit me more but I have no idea wha could suit me. Anything that could improve my looks would be greatly appreciated. Also I’ve got vaseline on that’s why my lips look like that.

Weight 72kg
