yeah bimax can ascend to 6+ trust
or you can get a lefort II and leave it there but your mandible is downward grown, a bimax brings your maxilla foward and helps you look less downward grown and it fixes your mandible too a bimax is just another way of saying double jaw, if oyu want you can get a trimax but your chin looks alright so no need for that
