My goal is lofty, as tall as possible, 6'1 minimum. I've read about GHRHs, GHRPs, AIs, etc., what's my best bet?

eat nutritious food. a balanced diet is key. play sports, especially basketball and swimming. dont lift weights. watch heightmaxxing subliminals at least 6 hours/day.

They're just stupid👊
Bulk Up kid!! It gained 2 inches of me in height from 16 years old when I was 5’6. I am 5’8 now (17) from a high protein low carb diet. 240g protein, 80g carbs and 70g fat.
Eat more foods high in protein. Have a protein shake if you need to.

I still believe I’m not done growing but my diet has definitely helped

I have micronutrients and protein locked down, exercise pretty much locked down, but I've typically only gotten 6-7 hours of sleep for months now, even if I go to bed early. My dad is 6'3, my mom is 5'2. I drink goat milk and colostrum most days, take 10k IUs of vitamin D and get a decent amount of sun. I tested my GH and IGF-1 levels 6 months ago and they were both on the low end of the ranges (GH: 3.9ng, IGF-1: 264ng), the doctor brushed it off though saying my IGF-1 was in range and my GH levels weren't accurate because a GH stimulation test is needed. My estradiol was 26.8pg and the range was 7.6-42.6, I was 15y/o at the time of all these tests, 16 years and 1 month old now.

Would genotropin and somatotropin shut down my body's production of HGH? And would IGF-1 LR3 shut down my body's IGF-1 production?

The calcium in milk will make you grow taller in puberty
it's 98% genetics. imo.
only jumping on them expensive growth hormones, when da growth palates and receptors still open, can add some amount more than one genetic programming. All rest seems mostly cope (with the exception maybe, of severe mall nutrition)
