kind of an unusual suggestion on my part but buzz the fuck out your hair, dye them light brown (or dark brown) permanently and keep up light caloric intake with supplementation of vitamin D3 and K2 along w zinc magnesium and calcium, other vitamins as well. i think having less bones is just a byproduct of an overall unbalanced diet (especially considering your skin and how it looks pale and saggy, with bad texture) but keep up being healthy and your osteoblast development could potentially significantly improve the more you go through puberty (you're nearing the end for most adult males but there still could be some time)

I’ve dropped to 10% since I’m in a calorie surplus but do intermittent fasting and am very active so can’t really up.

I’m extremely healthy I don’t touch sugar or anything although this picture was taking after a whole day of driving on no sleep and high stress. I’m just genetically boneless.

low htn. good base, good face shape. To max out, you need a slimmer nose, better chin, and probably would benefit from dying hair darker.
Quit dieting, face fat and acne aren't permanent, can wait to be improved till later on. If you stunt your growth, that's forever, 5'10 is falio.
