Solid downgraft would probably be the best followed by implants but the lowest risk reward is fillers however they can’t be done if you’re above 15% bf or you’ll look like bloated shit

Wouldn’t rhino fix this ratio aswell tho? My lower third becomes dominant if you measure to the nose base, therefore fixing the bulbousity n projection of the nose tip would fix the nose’s relation to the jaw.
