16yo considering enclo + accutane + anastrozole + MK-677, thoughts?

should I take 10 mg of accutane ed, 12.5 mg of enclo ed or eod, 0.5 mg of anastrozole twice a week, and possibly 10 mg of MK-677 to offset the drop in IGF-1 caused by enclo and accutane at 16yo?
