Hello guys,
Im 16yo powerbuilder training for fun and aesthetics and did a good 14-16 ascension from a literal sub5.
Im still bloated but way less than before, acne is healing, gaining some bonemass
My predictions for my improvement: face will become more angular and better formed (debloat+ lesser face fat, learn better face expression
) because its already happening cause im growing up, eye area will improve bcs im planning to eyelashmaxx and eyebrowmaxx(dyeing them, growing thicker with minoxidil etc) and try to fix my upper eyelid exposure, will try to make my lips more equal(maybe upper lip lift surgery later), and improve my coloring (as i said eyebrows,lashes, lips, skin quality) to make good contrast with my blue eyes.
I dont want to use peptides bcs im scared a lil bit and i want to be natural (and i dont have enough money to run cycles
) but maybe later ill try some like ghk-cu or some peds for bonegrowth.
My physique: want to grow my clavicle/shoulders to make my shoulder to waist ratio even better,
Gain some muscles (mainly upper chest, shoulders)
Ive been exercising almost 2 years inconsistently bcs i injured my back after 3 months in the gym ( coudnt exercise overall for a long time and my back for 1 year)
Lifts: 110kg bench for few reps ( havent tried pr)
Squat: 140kg
Lateral raise: 20kg
Weight: 70-72kg
Waist: around 66cm
And what do u guys think? What should i do that i didnt mention that can improve my looks to become chadlite? all advice is welcome
(Hard surgeries and fillers are not an option now)
