-Jaw is short and recessed, needs more vertical length and forward projection, maxilla is good
-Nose is bulbous, could improve from rhino
-Could be high mtn/low htn with those improvements

Do you have any ither suggestions to fix the nose other than surgery, how should i achieve forward projection and length?

Some of it is acne but 3 spots are birthmarks, is there any solution to that?
