I’m 16 and want to improve but I’m about 5’10 and have been for past year so that’s pretty brutal 💔idek how to heightmaxx without being on HGH so any natural tips for height or my looks would be appreciated

No way to change your height really without HGH + AI. And at your age it wouldn't change much
