Good facial leanness, clear skin and no wrinkles, fat accumulation whatsoever, however face greatly lacks width. Ipd is too low and eyes are over proportionately large, hair is dry and asymmetrical, nice eyebrow shape and density, I’ll say it again- you lack facial width and bonemass which unfortunately puts you at mtn with no chance to ascend to htn through softmaxxing, sorry

Peptides wont even ascend you. Ur already lean and ur too old to see any significant bone growth. Ur solution is surgery but an mmtn face is something you can live with. Fix ur hair and with good style and idk any other softmaxx u can bag a htb+
