Already dropped from ~79kg to 74.5kg. Will try to drop down further. Maybe 65-70kg and see if it helps. Thank you for the advice.

In all honesty, I might have to look more into body fat and face. While I don't know much about it, losing weight/fat seems to be the most common advice I get when I ask for some.

If u werent fat like that much overweight, but your face is bloated u have awful fat redistribution genetics or you are recessed and need jaw surgery so that your skin wont sag (which makes your face look bloated, but in reality the bloat is caused by lack of bone support

While I'm not suspecting recessed, again, gonna keep this in mind and look into it (after fat and body weight are no longer probable causes).
