Ask your parents to put you on a payment plan for rent. Keep track of your debt to them. Ask them to create a written rental contract or else you won't pay rent as it doesn't legally exist.

Tell them that if they want you to pay rent that they can't restrict you from joining the army or doing whatever it takes to legally pay them rent money.

If you are actually about to be homeless join the military. Long term job with decent pay, free healthcare/dental + other benefits as well as work experience. If you are financially literate you should be able to come out of the military with a decent amount of money at 21-22. You can then go to college or do whatever else you want to do.
