17, balding, acne, underweight. FML

I'm only 17 in a few weeks, I have a norwood 2>3. Horrible acne and scarring formed. Genuinely a sorry-ass being only thing saving me is being 6'0 which even now is below average, I used to be maybe HMTN a year or so prior until all of this shit kicked in, can't even respectfully put myself near the MTN range.
