Eyebrows and eyelashes lack density. Look into minoxidil. Your not sub4 your coloring is js bad

Dye eyebrows (not super dark but to fill them in and slightly darker) grow your hair out. And lean up. You look fine as is but think about what suits you if you really need improvement.
